This message is to notify you of an upcoming planned system upgrade to the ExaVault file transfer service integration. This significant upgrade to the system will result in the temporary unavailability of only the ExaVault file transfer integrated portions of VCG hosted websites, online stores and SignsearchPRO (if and as applicable). The general availability of your website and email and SignsearchPRO will not be impacted.
A 5 hour maintenance window has been scheduled for this Saturday, April 29th beginning at 6 PM CST during which only intermittent connectivity to the ExaVault file transfer service will be available.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however, periodic maintenance and upgrade outages such as this must be undertaken to ensure all services are running efficiently.
