If you've identified sign vendors that you've worked with in the past, and that are not currently identified in PRO as being part of your PRO Network, you can quickly add them with "one click". You can perform this action within the Search or My Network tab at the top. From here, you have four options on how to search.
Search by Location:
- Click on the Search or My Network tab at the top.
- Choose the Search by Location option.
- The only required field is the City, State, Zip. However, you can choose a service and add a keyword as well. Click Search on the right when you're search perimeters are set. Note: You can add multiple locations by clicking the Add Location link.
- We suggest using the filtering icon in the upper right to narrow down the results furthermore. You can also click on the vendor's name on the right to pull up their PRO Profile (then click the Back to Search Results button in the upper right to go back to the search results).
- Once you know vendor(s) you'd like to have join your network, you can check their profile(s) on the right. Then, hover over the Chain Link icon and click Add to Network.
- It will then verify the vendor(s) you'd like to add to your network.
- Click the Add to Network button when you're ready. Note: These vendors will automatically be added to your network. The vendor will receive an email notification of this.
Search by Project:
- Click on the Search or My Network tab at the top.
- Choose the Search by Project option.
- Select a Client, Location, and Project. You can also add a service and keyword if you like (optional). Then click Search.
- We suggest using the filtering icon in the upper right to narrow down the results furthermore. You can also click on the vendor's name on the right to pull up their PRO Profile (then click the Back to Search Results button in the upper right to go back to the search results).
- Once you know the vendor(s) you'd like to have join your network, you can check their profile(s) on the right. Then, hover over the Chain Link icon and click Add to Network.
- It will then verify the vendor(s) you'd like to add to your network.
- Click the Add to Network button when you're ready. Note: These vendors will automatically be added to your network. The vendor will receive an email notification of this.
Search by Name:
- Click on the Search or My Network tab at the top.
- Choose the Search by Name option.
- Type in the name of the vendor and select the state or province in which they're located. Then click Search.
- You can click the View Profile link to view their profile in more detail.
- If you'd like to add them to your network, you can click the Make Connection button.
- It will then verify the vendor(s) you'd like to add to your network.
- Click the Add to Network button when you're ready. Note: These vendors will automatically be added to your network. The vendorwill receive an email notification of this.
Search by Vendor ID:
- In order to search by Vendor ID, you'll need to add the Vendor's ID to their profile first. If you're unsure of how to do this, click here.
- Click on the Search or My Network tab at the top.
- Click on the Search by ID option.
- Type in the complete Vendor's ID into the search field.
- Click Search.
- You can click the View Profile link to view their profile in more detail.
- If you'd like to add them to your network, you can click the Make Connection button.
- It will then verify the vendor(s) you'd like to add to your network.
- Click the Add to Network button when you're ready. Note: These vendors will automatically be added to your network. The vendor will receive an email notification of this.
