Once you find the Vendor you'd like to request a bid from, select their listing on the right-hand side. If you're unsure of how to search for these vendors, please view our Search like a PRO user guide.
Hover over the envelope icon and click the Email List link.
You may want to use the default Bid Request email template from the Email Template drop down at the top. Note that you can add your own email templates as well, click here to learn more.
Ensure the "Add recipient(s) to project bid queue?" checkbox remains checked.
Fill out any other necessary fields and click Send. This vendor will then receive the bid request and send you a bid back. Once you receive the bid, you can approve or deny it. To learn how to manage your bids, click here.
