All new Website Services subscribers are instructed to complete a short and straightforward questionnaire. The purpose of this it to allow our site designers to specifically tailor a custom layout and design to your business. Without a completed questionnaire, Visual Communications Group cannot know the particular nuances of your business, and this may result in content that does not accurately reflect your business, which can lengthen the time it takes to get the correct content reflected on your new site. Some information you'll want to have available while completing the questionnaire would be the domain name you'd like to use, a company logo file, and any other images that you'd like to have on the website. You'll also want to have a good understanding of what products and services your company provides, as well as which ones they specialize in (if applicable).
If you are a new Website Services subscriber, completing the necessary questionnaire online is simple.
- Click on Website which will prompt you to start the questionnaire.
- Ensure that you complete every part of the questionnaire by clicking on the Next button in the lower right when you're done with the section you're on. The list at the top will continue to update every time you complete a section.
- Once you're done, click "I'm Done - build it!". Your website designer will then give you a follow-up phone call to go over your desired home page content and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Important note: If you do not click "I'm done - built it!" at the end, the questionnaire will not be submitted and you will need the re-submit the questionnaire in it's entirety the next time you log in.
