There are several ways you can get into a vendor’s profile, from searching via a project, building your network through the my network tab, or any of the various links to the vendor throughout PRO once you’ve worked with that vendor. So, if you’re unsure of how to navigate to a vendor’s profile, please view the how to Search like a PRO user guide.
Once within the vendor’s profile, there are a few things I want to bring to your attention:
- If this vendor is part of your network, you’ll see a green notification stating this in the upper right.
- If this vendor is a PRO Rewards vendor, you'll see a blue notification stating this in the upper right. This means you can earn credit to your PRO account if you award a job to this vendor.
- You can then see their contact and website information in the upper left. If you’d like to send an email through this link, remember that you will need to link it to a project.
Signsearch Profile Tab:
This will have general information about the vendor. They can actually type in anything they see fit within these fields. You can view their services, equipment, additional comments, survey/permit service, a photo gallery, and any PDF literature they've uploaded. You can also leave reviews for any Signsearch user to view within the Feedback section.
The other PRO Profile tabs will have more detailed answers specific to the sign industry.
PRO Profile Tab:
This will have general company information, associations and licenses, and safety regulations.
PRO Services Tab:
This will have install, manufacturing, service, and more information.
PRO Equipment Tab:
This will have sign industry specific questions in regards to the equipment they have. As well as their in-house manufacturing capabilities.
PRO Rates/Billing Tab:
This will have their hourly rates, payment information, and materials.
PRO Insurance Tab:
This will have their insurance information such as their general liability and certificate of insurance.
Note: If you notice any questions with answers that are a link stating "Request Info", this means the vendor has set this question to "Private". Therefore, you'll need to request the information from the vendor directly. Click here to learn how.
The next two tabs are for internal use only. What you enter in here will not be visible to the vendor, nor will it be shared publicly. This information is for your company's internal use.
PRO Details Tab:
This will have their Vendor ID, contact information, custom fields and files specific to this vendor.
PRO Notes Tab:
This will display any vendor specific notes for your team to use.
