First of all, you'll need to have the automated data sync procedure enabled. If you haven't, or have questions on it, please click here to learn more.
To access the data logs in PRO, follow these steps:
- Click on the Admin tab at the top.
- Click on the Data Sync - Logs tab on the left.
- If there are any data logs, you'll be presented with them here. You can also manually run the data sync instead of waiting for the scheduled sync. To do so, click the Run Data Sync Now button at the top.
