You can adjust your custom Ready to Ship (RTS) products to have set quantities that your customer can order. This is enabled by checking the Lock Order Quantity check box in the product details.
If you'd like to give your customer the option to order any quantity of the product, yet still have the benefits of a lower price if they order a higher quantity, you can do so by ensuring that the "Lock Order Quantity" box is left unchecked. They can choose any quantity but still has benefits of ordering a higher quantity.
This user guide will cover both options.
- Once logged in, click on Store.
- Hover over Products and click on Your RTS Products.
- Click on the Product you'd like to adjust the Lock Order Quantity setting for.
- Within the General tab on the left, ensure that the Lock Order Qty box is checked. At this time you will want to update your Minimum Order Qty as well. The minimum quantity needs to be larger than 1. If you'd like to let your clients order any quantity they want, view the No Set Lock Order Quantity section below.
- Click the Save button in the upper left.
- Once you have your General settings saved, click on the Tiered Pricing tab on the left. Note: There may still be a "Qty" of 1 within this screen. However, if you have the Minimum Quantity set within the General tab (see step 4), this minimum quantity of 1 will not display on your website.
- Set the different tiered options to your liking.
- If you need to add another level, click the Add Level button at the bottom. Note that the Price column is per product and not per the total quantity.
- Once your tiered pricing is set, click the Save button in the upper left.
You will then see your quantity and prices reflected within your online store. Customers will be able to chose from the fixed quantities you've selected.

- Within the General tab on the left, ensure that the Lock Order Qty box is not checked. At this time you will want to update your Minimum Order Qty to 1, as well as set your Selling Price. Your Selling Price should be the price of one of these products (we'll adjust the Tiered pricing for higher quantities next).
- Check this box and click the Save button in the upper left.
- Once you have your General settings saved, click on the Tiered Pricing tab on the left. Note: Your Minimum Quantity and Selling Price will populate from the General tab for the quantity of 1. Any other pricing for quantities should be set within this Tiered Pricing tab.
- Set the different tiered options to your liking.
- If you need to add another level, click the Add Level button at the bottom. Note that the Price column is per product and not per the total quantity. So for this example, you can see that the price reduces as the quantity goes up.
- Once you've got your tiered pricing set, click the Save button in the upper left.
You will then see your quantity and prices reflected within your online store. Customers will be able to choose their own quantity and if they meet or exceed any of your tiers the price will be discounted accordingly.
