You can customize specific store banners for each customer through your Customer Storefronts.
To add a Banner:
- Click on Store.
- Hover over Marketing, and click on Banner Tool.
- Click Banner Manager.
- Click Add a New Banner button in the upper right.
Specifications for Banner:
- Select the correct Department.
- Select a Promotion if applicable.
- The banner size is measured in pixels, and the file added must meet these dimensions exactly.
- Type in URL the banner will be linked to.
Apply banner to specific customer:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the client you’d like to edit.
- Click Banner Tool.
- Choose the department you are editing and banner layout.
- Click and drag available Banners into designated areas.
- Click Save.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
