You can use your website as a convenient way to manage the proofing process between you and your customer within Customer Storefronts. Once you have built your customer's proof, you can upload it through your website and your customer can approve or decline it.
To upload a proof for any customer:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the customer in which you want to upload a proof for.
- Click on Upload Proof.
- Choose either to select the order that the proof is for, or to enter a project name for the proof.
- Click Upload Proof.
- You can enter comments your customer will be able to see.
- Drag and drop your proof file from your file explorer, or click to choose a file to upload.
- Click Save once complete.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
