Notification emails can be sent to your customers regarding a number of actions within Customer Storefronts.
To Turn on and Modify Customer Notifications:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Customer Notifications.
- You can activate or deactivate any number of notifications that your customer will receive.
- Click on Manage Notice Settings for any notification type you wish to make changes to.
- Click Save Settings when finished.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
