You can use your website as a convenient way to manage the proofing process through Customer Storefronts. Once you no longer need an uploaded or outdated proof, it is best to delete it to free up server space.
To delete uploaded proofs you no longer need, follow these simple steps:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the customer in which you want to delete proofs for.
- Click on Customer Proofs.
- Click the trash icon on any row that includes a file you want deleted.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
