You can use your website as a convenient way to manage the proofing process between you and your customer within Customer Storefronts. When using the default settings a customer approving, approving with changes, or declining a proof will cause a notification email to be dispatched to you.
To view a proof you have uploaded for any customer:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the customer in which you want to view a proof for.
- Click on Customer Proofs.
- Click on any proof in which you wish to view. You may be prompted to either download or view the file.
In the case that you need to instruct your customers to view proofs you have uploaded, they will follow these simple steps:
- Have your customer sign in to your website. Typically, the Sign In link is located in the upper right corner of your site.
- Once signed in, they will click Proofing.
- They can view proofs, complete with comments, status, and date uploaded on the right side.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
