Resetting a customer's password is simple and necessary when your customer cannot remember their login information for their Customer Storefronts.
To reset a customer password:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the customer in which you want to reset the password for.
- On the left, click Login Information.
- Put a check in the box next to "Generate Password".
- Click Save. Your customer will then receive an email with instructions on how to log in.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
