You can create custom departments accessible only to certain customers within Customer Storefronts.
To create a department:
- Click on Store.
- Hover over Departments and click Create a Department.
- Add a Title.
- Uncheck the box labeled All Customer Access.
- Click Save.
- Add an image, if desired.
- Designate department location by clicking Relate to Catalog and place it in the correct area.
- Click Save Settings when finished.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
