Customer numbers can be useful in helping organize your customers within your Customer Storefronts. All customers who register on your site have a system ID number, but none have a customer number until manually added.
To add a customer number for any of your customers:
- Click on Customer.
- Click the customer for which you want to add a customer number.
- Enter the customer number.
- Click Save.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
