Customers can upload artwork to your website through the Customer Storefronts’ “Send a File” feature.
Standard uploaded file retrieval
When using the default settings a customer uploading artwork will cause a notification email to be dispatched.
To retrieve artwork uploaded by a customer:
- Click on Customer.
- Click on the customer in which you want to retrieve uploaded artwork.
- Click on Customer Uploads.
- Click on the file you wish to download.
Note: This feature is only available for customers subscribed to the online store prior to April 22nd, 2019.
