All subscriptions are set to auto renew (recurring billing). Therefore, any account that does not wish to auto renew is treated the same as a cancellation. The only difference is that you have the option to cancel at the end of your current term (or cancel immediately, which will result in the termination of your VCG Services).
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your auto renewal for your subscription, follow the steps provided below. Please note, however, that if your account is not set to auto renew, and if your subscription lapses, for any reason, you will lose eligibility to maintain any possible discounts that may be applied to your account.
- Click on the Account tab at the top.
- Click on the Payment Info tab on the left-hand side.
- Scroll down to the Cancel subscription section.
- Selecting a reason from the list provided and provide an additional comment if you'd like.
- Click Cancel.
