You will first need to login into your SignsearchPRO account:
- Login at pro.signsearch.com
You can view all of your PRO Emails by following these simple steps:
- Click on the Email tab at the top.
- If the email you're looking for is linked to a project, it'll be in the Your Projects Email tab on the left.
- If the email you're looking for is another type of email, such as a general inquiry or network request, it'll be under the Your Other Emails tab.
- You will be presented with both your incoming and outgoing emails within these tabs. Note you can filter these results by clicking on the filter icon in the upper right. You can also sort these results by clicking on the corresponding column header.
- Click the binoculars icon to view the email in more detail. Note that you can reply or forward this email by clicking the corresponding link in the upper right.
- If you click the trash can icon to delete an email, it will appear in the Your Deleted Emails tab on the left. If you delete it from the Your Deleted Emails tab, this email will be deleted permanently.
Also note that these emails will be accessible through your email client (such as Outlook, Google, etc) as well. The initial email sent through PRO will not be in your sent box, however, when you receive a response then you will be able to see the full string in your email client.
