FAQ Email Questions:
Will I see the whole email string within my email client?
Yes and no. You will receive a copy in your email client if the email is initiated via sending to a contractor in a project (steps displayed in first section of this user guide), and if the receiver replies to the email. If you send an email through the SignsearchPRO interface using a different avenue than above, you will not see the original "sent" message in your client.
Can I attach files in the emails I send through SignsearchPRO?
Yes you can! The files are restricted to a maximum of 24MB each and all potentially harmful file types are restricted.
Do I need to adjust my email hosting settings to utilize the email feature in SignsearchPRO?
No. You can think of the email feature simply as another email client (just like Outlook). Your email hosting will remain the same, but you'll be able to view and respond to emails from SignsearchPRO.
Can I utilize email through SignsearchPRO as a sales tool for my company?
No, sales solicitations are not permitted within our emailing system.
Is there any additional costs or fees to utilize email within SignsearchPRO?
No, there isn't. SignsearchPRO is free to use unless you require additional storage space per month.
If I delete an email from within the Email tab, does it delete the email within my Email Client (examples: Outlook or Gmail) as well?
No, the emails will need to be managed in the PRO interface as well as your email client.
How can I get a copy of email sent through PRO?
Simple, on any email sent through PRO (except a Network Connection email), you can select the "CC me on this email" checkbox above the "Send email" button. And a copy of the email will also be sent to you.
What email addresses do I need to add to my safe sender's list?
To ensure email deliverability, add the following email address to your safe sender's list: email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com
