Please understand that sending email communication to sign vendors is a requirement for a PRO company account. Once the email is initially sent to the vendor through PRO, any reply will also be sent to the PRO users email client (ex Outlook or Gmail). As long as the subject line is kept intact it will also be included in the project email tab, which is a great way to archive communication for future reference and team collaboration!
How to send an email directly:
- View the vendor's profile. If you're unsure of how to do this, please click here.
- Once within the vendor's profile, click the Send Email link in the upper left near their contact information, or, the Send Email link in the upper right. If you've searched via a project in step #1, the project will automatically be linked to this email.
- Ensure all of the information on the form is correct, then click Send at the bottom. Note that you can add your own email templates as well, click here to learn more.
