When a customer purchases RTS products for which the "Artwork Upload" option has been enabled and includes uploaded artwork, you as the producer of these products will need to download this artwork. All artwork files that are uploaded by your customers through your store as "companion graphics" to an ordered ready to ship (RTS) product are uploaded to your ExaVault account. When customers upload files to your ExaVault account via your store, you'll find those files in your account's "Store - Artwork Uploads" folder.
When your customer uploads artwork files via your website's "My Account > Artwork Upload" facility, your customer will receive a generic file upload confirmation email from ExaVault, and you will receive a notification email from ExaVault that one or more files have been uploaded to your ExaVault account.
To download files individually from your ExaVault account it's as easy as navigating to the desired folder, selecting the "down arrow" image for the file you wish to download, and selecting "Download".
