To email a copy of an order
- Click on Stores > Orders > Orders List.
- Find the order you wish to retrieve the artwork for and click the View icon to display the Order Details.
- Select to send either a copy of the Customer Email or the Store Email:
- Customer Email - sends a copy of the email that was sent to the customer at time of order
- Store Email - sends a copy of the email that the Store was sent to the Store email address at time of order. Note that this email may contain sensitive information such as printing instructions, vendor information, etc., and as such is not advisable to send to customer.
Check the Attach PDF checkbox if you'd like to attach a PDF copy of the invoice with the email.
