As an additional security layer, VCG Support does not have any access to your PRO instance, however, with your approval, PRO Company administrators can grant VCG Support personnel temporary access to any of your company's users. This access is used solely for support purposes and it can be disabled at any time.
To enable/disable support access, follow these steps.
- Login to your PRO account (Admins only).
- Navigate to the Admin tab in the top navigation.
- Select the Support tab on the left.
- Click the slider to enable or disable support access.
- Select the time frame in which you'd like to have support access enabled:
- 24 hours
- 72 hours
- 1 week
Signsearch support members will no longer be able to access your company's PRO instance after the time frame expires. If Indefinitely is selected, you'll need to turn support access off in order to disable it.
