You will first need to login into your SignsearchPRO account:
- Login at pro.signsearch.com
To deactivate a client:
- Click on the Clients tab at the top.
- When in grid view target the client you wish to update and select View Client. In list view select the Edit (pencil) icon to the far right.
- To deactivate the client select Edit at the top-right of the screen.
- Once the Client Details are editable deselect the Active checkbox at the bottom.
- To save the change select Update Client.
To view or reactivate in-active clients:
- Select the Clients tab and click the in-active clients link at the top.
- Here you can see all your inactive clients.
- To reactive click View Client, select Edit and select the Active checkbox.
- To save select Update Client at the bottom.
