After a staff member has created your new website you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your name servers. Changing your name servers to VCG's will make it so VCG is hosting both your emails ending with your domain, as well as your website. Your domain name will still be hosted through the company you've purchased it through.
Before you change your name servers you will want to save every email that you would like to keep. After you change your name servers to VCG's name servers you will permanently lose those emails. The switch shouldn't take too long (typically within a few hours, however, in some cases, DNS propagation can take 24-48 hours). We strongly recommend that any changes to your DNS are made over a weekend.
You may notice a short lapse in sending and receiving emails while your webmail propagates itself.
