You will receive an email notification that you're approaching your maximum resource limit for disk space. If you exceed the maximum allowance of disk space your account will be suspended. For more information on what to do if your account is suspended, please click here.
The notifications will be sent to the account owner's email address (setup by VCG when your account was setup). The login information for that account was sent to you when your account was established. If you'd like to use a different email address for these notifications, please call our Client Support line at (800) 558-3054, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or submit a support ticket.
