If you need to contact us after hours, please:
- Submit a trouble ticket through our support portal, or
- Submit a live chat ticket by clicking on the Live Support button in the top right of your myVCG portal, or
- Call our Customer Support line at (800) 558-3054 and leave a message.
Support Questions will be answered during regular business hours.
Our Network is constantly being monitored to ensure that it is running properly. If a cluster is degraded or there are network issues at the data center, we are paged immediately and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
We are closed on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas (Boxing Day).
