Cancelling your account can be completed in just a few easy steps:
- Select the Account tab.
- Click on Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom section entitled Cancel Subscription.
- Selecting a reason from the list provided.
- Add a comment if you'd like.
- Click Cancel.
We will contact you with further information after we've received notification of your online cancellation request.
Please note that, for security reasons, we cannot accept cancellation requests by telephone.
