We're often asked if there is a catch to our statement "If you don't like it, you don't pay for it.". The long and short answer is... no. No catch.
Simply put, we recognize that we first need to earn your business, and then we need to keep your business. We think that the best way to do that is to show you, up front, what we can deliver in terms of our services. If for whatever reason you don't love the new website we build for you, you don’t pay for it. All that you need to do is tell us that you want to cancel your services before your first monthly payment is made. This gives you plenty of time to review the work we've done before making any payment. It's the same as a "trial", except that you agree, at the time of the initial order, to provide us with a valid credit card that will be used to pay for your services unless you cancel. Please understand that we can't refund any payments, so it's important that you let us know before your payment is made if you have any issues or concerns. Remember, you're always in control.
Please keep in mind that even after you've made your first payment, there's no contract or commitment, as you can cancel at any time.
