Unless prior arrangements have been made, VCG uses an automated billing system that requires a valid credit card to be on file at all times for payment processing.
We accept all major credit card providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
If you'd like to pay for your VCG services by check, the following conditions apply:
- You must receive approval from VCG prior to subscribing to any VCG service
- Your VCG services cannot include an Online Store unless there is a valid credit card associated with your account to pay for any fees associated with your Online Store
- We must receive payment prior to starting your VCG services
- Your account cannot automatically renew unless there is also a credit card associated with your account. While we will notify you by email within 30 days of the expiration of your services, we cannot be held responsible for services that are cancelled for non-renewal. Reactivation of cancelled services will require paying the currently advertised price for the services.
- We cannot provide an invoice prior to receiving payment. We can, however, provide you with an email describing your VCG services and associated costs prior to receiving the payment.
- You must pre-pay annually for your VCG services. Monthly billing does not qualify for the payment by check option.
