07/02/2013 - 2313 CST: The issues that we're experiencing have been traced to a faulty Plesk software update provided by the software company, Parallels (http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/). At this point the situation has been escalated and Parallels second level software engineers are actively engaged in pursuing a resolution.
