07/03/2013 - 1750 CST: The issues that we've been experiencing, traced to a faulty Plesk software update provided by the software company, Parallels (http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/), are at this point causing Web Stats to be unavailable. Stats are being logged, they just are not currently accessible. The situation has been escalated and Parallels second level software engineers are actively engaged in pursuing a resolution.
