We will be upgrading the hardware and software configurations for SmarterMail (the hosted mail solution that's provided as part of your VCG email and website hosting plan), on Saturday, March 20, 2016. This work is scheduled to be completed during the off-peak hours of 9:00pm - 10:00pm CST.
Please note that while your access to email may be disrupted during this period, no email data will be lost. You may also experience some slight delays in sending or receiving mail immediately following the completion of this work. All email will, however, be successfully transmitted (including mail sent to you during the upgrade period).
This upgrade is being undertaken as part of our ongoing commitment to provide best-in-class service and support.
