A certificate for our email servers was recently updated. For the vast majority of VCG hosted email customers, the transition was seamless. However, it has come to our attention that some customers may be receiving certificate related errors depending on how they access their emails.
If you receive certificate related errors when accessing your email, to resolve the problem simply refresh the email account settings on your device. If refreshing the account doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to delete and recreate the account on any device that is affected. We have user guides on setting up your account here, but if you need assistance please contact your support team at VCG.
Important Note: If your account is currently set up as a POP account, you will want to back up your emails prior to deleting the account and recreating it.
