If you notice some of your recipients are consistently unable to receive your emails please check the following:
- Double-check the spelling of their email address. If you are using an email from your address book we suggest reaching out to your contact using some other form of communication to confirm the correct spelling and to make sure the email address is still active.
- If there is no change ask that they send you an email to determine if you can receive their emails. If you are able to receive their emails please contact our support staff and ask they check your domain Inbound Message Delivery.
- If you cannot receive their emails we suggest trying to contact them using a personal email account. If you are able to successfully send an email using an external (personal) email account we suggest asking your recipient to review their spam settings and add you as a trusted user or whitelist your address.
- If you are unable to receive their emails or send an email from an external (personal) email account we suggest asking your recipient to reach out to their email administrator for further troubleshooting.
When contacting our support staff please provide your full company name and your website domain name.
